Game 1 : Blue Jays 7, Orioles 2 – Cavan Biggio goes 3-5 w/ 3 RBI’s & scores twice, Randal Grichuck homers (#3) & drives in 4 as they combine for all the Blue Jays offense to back a solid outing from starter Hyun-Jin Ryu. The Toronto lefty goes 6 innings, allowing just a run on 4 hits, walking none & striking out 3 as the bullpen does the rest. Alex Cobb goes 6+, allows 5 runs on 8 hits, walks 1 & strikes out 4. Renato Nunez & Pedro Severino provide RBI singles for the Orioles in the loss.

Game 2 : Blue Jays 8, Orioles 7 (10 innings) – Travis Shaw scores on a throwing error in the 10th inning by 1B Chris Davis as the Blue Jays beat the Orioles for the 2nd night in a row. Randal Grichuck homers (#4) & drives in 4, Travis Shaw also homers (#3) & drives in 3 for Toronto, while Anthony Santander homers twice (#8 & #9) drives in 3 & Chance Sisco adds a 2-run shot (#3) for the Orioles, who’s rally from a 6-2 deficit falls short. Both starters go 4 innings before turning it over to the bullpens, as each team uses 6 relievers.

Game 3 : Blue Jays 5, Orioles 2 – Randal Grichuck remains hot as he homers twice more (#5 & #6), drives in 3 & scores twice, Lourdes Gurriel adds an insurance run late w/ an RBI single against the Orioles bullpen as the Blue Jays complete the sweep @ Camden Yards. Dwight Smith Jr singles home a run & scores on a single by Pat Valaika but the Orioles can’t muster anymore offense against Toronto pitching. Tanner Roark allows 2 runs on 9 hits, walks 1 & strikes out 5 & the bullpen tosses 4 shutout innings as the Jays complete the sweep.
