Week 4 – Ravens Recap & Grades

Ravens 31, Washington 17 : Week 4 – Recap & Grades : Offense – This unit got back on track despite getting cute early, they rush for 144 yards, led by 53 from Lamar Jackson, who also passes for 193 & 2 TD’s. They only allow 1 sack, despite being short handed against a good front 7.
Grade : B
Defense – This group registers 3 sacks & gets constant pressure, but perhaps too much pressure, as they got eaten alive in the passing game to the tune of 314 yards through the air & allow 343 total yards, but do force a fumble.
Grade : B-
Special Teams – Once again this unit shines as Justin Tucker hits on his only FG attempt & Sam Koch completes a 15 yard pass on a fake punt & kicks it away 3 times for 141 yards, an average of 47.0 per punt.
Grade : A
Coaching – The play calling was suspect early, but they got back to their identity as the game wore on. The coaching staff understood what needed to be done & let this team do what they do.
Grade : B
Overall Grade : B-
